The large cottage remains closed to ensure absolute peace and quiet. Secure garage access is always included. Access to private outdoor areas and facilities (terraces, forecourts, etc.) is reserved exclusively for the Premium option. This offer is available in 3 flexible options : Studio (1 to 2 people): Access to the Menuiserie space offering 54 m², fully equipped (living room, kitchen, sleeping area with two 90x200 beds that can be joined, bathroom and WC). Comfort (3 to 4 people): The apartment is arranged into 2 rooms with the addition of the Ereu bedroom (160 cm double bed), its own shower room, and an additional WC. Premium (5 to 6 people): This layout includes a second bedroom called Glantine (two 90x200 beds that can be joined). Many couples appreciate the unique atmosphere of this elevated room facing the hillside, offering a beautiful view over the river.
