Les Ateliers du Moulin 14 and Les Ateliers du Moulin 8 are designed for groups of up to 15 guests, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. The 14/15-person rental is preferred, while the 8-person option offers comparable amenities at a lower cost. Bookings can be made directly with us or through our partners, Gîtes de France Jura and Gîtes.fr. We value direct contact. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost. Tourist tax is not included.”
Les Ateliers du Moulin 14:
Set over 300 m², the property offers 6 to 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 large shared spaces , including an impressive 90 m² living area featuring the mill wheel beneath a glass floor, mezzanines, and upstairs bedrooms. It includes a lounge, dining area (up to 20 guests), kitchen, laundry room, and WC. Guests can activate the mill valve from the living room, bringing the wheel to life beneath the glass. A versatile 54 m² studio space (living room, kitchen, dining area, TV, bed or extra bed on request) allows for privacy, remote work, or group gatherings.
Ground floor: 2 or 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed, another with twin 90x200 beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs. The versatile room with twin beds or a sofa bed can serve as a 7th bedroom .
First floor: 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, 1 separate WC, suitable for 9 to 10 guests (couples or individuals).
Private outdoor spaces: a terrace extending from the living room opens onto a lawn. Another offers elevated views over the property and surrounding landscape. A shaded north-facing gallery overlooks the orchard and river, creating a pleasant canopy effect. Carport for two vehicles or uses such as table tennis. Easy parking nearby.
Access to paths, orchard, pond, canal, riverbanks, waterfall, and stream.
Les Ateliers du Moulin 8:
A more affordable option for up to 8 guests with exclusive use of the property, a 90 m² living/dining/kitchen area, outdoor spaces, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
Hygiene: pets have not been allowed so far. This policy may evolve under appropriate conditions. Indoor spaces are non-smoking.
Expected behaviour and quality of the premises: while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings, we do not accept events primarily focused on parties that may cause disturbance to the neighbourhood. We have always welcomed very respectful guests, and we sincerely thank them for this.

2026 Gîte Rates
These rental rates offered directly by us are indicative. A more detailed price list is available on the Gîtes de France Jura website. Cleaning fees of €135 or €115 apply depending on the 14 or 8-person option , as well as a tourist tax of €1.39 per adult per night.In winter, a sufficient electricity and heating allowance (900 kWh per week) is included. To avoid excessive or insufficient usage, an additional charge may be applied based on actual consumption.
Weekly rate (7 nights) – Gîte 14 : €2,490 to €2,895 depending on the season Weekly rate (7 nights) – Gîte 8: €1,890 to €2,490
Weekend (2 nights): €1,395 (14) and €1,190 (8)
May–June bank holidays: €1,795 (minimum 3 nights)

15m² 2 twin beds 90x200. Suspended gazebo offering a view of the orchard, river and surrounding landscape. Private shower room with washbasin, shower and WC.
